Business is built for teams: shared workspace, collaboration on agents and knowledge bases, analytics. Individual is a custom plan with a dedicated account manager, SLA and white-label.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference until the end of the current period. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited toward future invoices.

Subscription is billed monthly or yearly — yearly saves 30%. A single invoice covers the whole workspace, with all tokens and features available right after payment. Payment details are stored by the payment provider and never accessed by us.

Tokens are the universal currency of the service — every agent response (text, voice, image, video) is paid in tokens. You get two pools: subscription tokens refresh each billing period and expire at its end, while purchased tokens from add-on packs stay valid for up to 365 days from the first purchase. Subscription tokens are spent first, then purchased ones — so your subscription pool never goes to waste. The current balance and per-service spend are visible in the expense report.

Subscription tokens don't roll over — anything left unused at the end of the period burns when your subscription renews. Tokens bought as packs live in a separate pool and stay valid for up to 365 days from the first purchase. Spending always follows the same order: subscription tokens first, purchased ones second — so purchased tokens never expire together with the subscription and stay with you for the long run.

On the Free plan a one-time starter pack of 500 tokens is granted at sign-up. They don't expire and don't refresh: once the balance runs out the agent pauses replies. On paid plans the subscription pool is fixed: when it's spent the agent also pauses until your subscription renews. In both cases you can buy a token pack in one click straight from the billing page or upgrade your plan — both options bring the agent back online instantly. Low-balance notifications are sent in advance.

Team-based. One plan covers the entire workspace — add as many managers and admins as you need, with no per-seat charges. Agent and token limits are shared by the team; roles and channel access can be configured per member.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period — all features of your plan remain available until that date. After the period ends the workspace switches to the Free plan: agents, knowledge base and chat history stay intact. No new tokens accrue — the 500-token starter pack is granted only at first registration. Purchased token packs don't expire and remain available until the end of their 365-day window, so you can keep using them. You can resubscribe or buy a token pack at any time.
